he John Hancock Center looks out onto Michigan Avenue from Delaware Place to the north and Chestnut Street to the south. The building is 1,127 feet tall, not including the two antennae that sit on top of the building. It is 100 stories high and contains 703 condominium homes. There is a separate entrance for the condominiums, and an elevator goes from the ground floor to the 44th floor where the condo lobby is. The condominium portion of the building occupies the floors between 44 and 92. There is a broad range of floor plans from which to choose, including studio, one, two, three and combined four-bedroom homes, many of which were recently renovated.
Building amenities include a hospitality center, a valet, a sauna, an indoor pool, a fitness center, and a full-service grocery store in the condo area of the building to provide residents with an extra convenience.
The 24-hour door staff monitors the ground floor, and the lobby on the 44th floor.
