30 West Oak Street
The 22-floor, 48 condo unit building at 30 West Oak, was built in 2007. The building sits on the corner of Oak and Dearborn Streets where it is convenient to the hip Tavern on Rush and many other Rush Street nightlife hot spots.
All of the condo homes and rental units at 30 West Oak have private balconies and 10-foot ceilings. Kitchens feature highly desirable and trendy designer details such as granite counters and upscale stainless steel appliances, both of which potential Gold Coast homebuyers and renters expect to find in a luxury residential building in this popular historic neighborhood.
The pet-friendly building lets residents have no more than two dogs. Breed restrictions prohibit residents from having Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and Great Danes.
Building amenities include a 24-hour door attendant and indoor heated parking.
