4 East Elm
Chicago-based architect, Solomon Cordwell Buenze, designed the 25-story luxury high-rise at 4 East Elm Street in the heart of the city’s prestigious Gold Coast neighborhood. The building’s gorgeous glass exterior is home to 35 opulent and very spacious condo homes. Each of the 25 stories is home to two three-bedroom residential units, each of which has 3,000 square feet of living space.
Every condo features top-of-the-line appliances from Miele, Subzero and Wolf and rift-sawn white oak floors throughout the entire home. Buyers have a choice of quartz or stone countertops for their bathrooms and kitchen. Building amenities include a roof-top pool, spa area, outdoor kitchen and sun deck. There is also a media room and a professionally equipped fitness center. The building has a private 74-parking space private garage.
