onstruction of the 49-story residential building at 21 East Huron that Chicago-based French-born architect Lucien Lagrange designed ended in 2005. Known as The Pinnacle, the pet-friendly building contains 197 condominium homes. Like the nearby Ritz-Carlton Residences, the Pinnacle sits along the border of two of Chicago’s trendiest and most desirable residential neighborhoods: River North and Streeterville.
Building amenities include a full-service fitness center, a spa, an indoor pool, and access to maid service. In addition to a 24-hour door staff, the building has some added security features. Unaccompanied building visitors and guests can’t gain access to the elevators without the help of door personnel.
