Kenilworth

Kenilworth - Forbes.com recently identified the luxurious community of Kenilworth as one of America's most affluent zip codes. With agency to Chicago proper, Kenilworth also affords its residents a degree of separation with suburban living that is less available in the city. Although this is the smallest community in the North Shore, it has some of the largest mansions, with some topping out at over $6 million. The community keeps strict architectural standards; however, the freedom this affords the masterful professionals who build here has created some of the most elegant living structures in Chicago. Kenilworth also hosts an Historical Society and an annual Memorial Day Parade.
