Morton Grove – If serving as the home base for the Alpha Delta Phi fraternity says anything, it is that Morton Grove is unashamedly upscale. There is virtually no crime in the area, leading the Grove to become the first town in the United States to completely prohibit the handgun in 1981. Only in 2008 did the city remove the ban, but this speaks volumes about the upstanding culture of the area. The real estate is customized luxury; onlookers will find Victorian style sprawl and New Age Impressionist landscaping; however, the overall theme is always luxury.
